Ride for Lutheran Charities June 27
19th Annual Lutheran Charities Steeplechase Bike Ride - Saturday, June 27, 2009
The Lutheran Charities Bike Ride is a great way to support the social service agencies of our Synod, which help more than 40,000 children and adults in need each year. We encourage you to join this event as an individual biker, a participant in a group of riders, a biker sponsor, a walker, a walker sponsor or as a volunteer.

Volunteers are welcome! Even if you are not a rider, you can still enjoy a day of fun. Help support Lutheran Charities by volunteering at one of the rest stops. Your smiling face will be appreciated!
Steeplechase Bike Ride
Registration starts at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Audubon.
4 courses to choose from:
- 62 Mile Metric Century
- 52 Mile Half Century
- 31 Mile Quarter Century
- 18 Mile Short Course
You’ll ride along the roads of Montgomery and Chester Counties as you navigate from steeple to steeple. Some of these Lutheran churches date back as far as 1743. Enjoy a mix of shade and sun, hills and flats, and beautiful countryside.

2-20 Miles on the scenic Schuylkill River Trail for those who prefer trail to road.

All participants are asked to raise a minimum of $50 in pledges.
