As part of our ongoing effort to use our resources wisely and become more “green,” the hard-copy synod mailing is being discontinued.  Effective March 1, 2010 the synod monthly mailing will no longer be mailed to congregations. 

All information that has been mailed to congregations will be posted online at our website: www.ministrylink.org. 

In lieu of the printed mailing, each month an email will be sent out with links to download each item.  Items may be viewed online, and you may download and print items of intertest.  In addition, council leaders, committee chairs and key volunteers can retrieve the information directly from our site.

Please make sure your council presidents and members, committee chairs and other key leaders are signed up to receive SEPANews and the monthly e-mailing. To sign up:

• Visit www.ministrylink.org/subscribe
• Enter your email address in the box under the “Sign up…” header
• Click the “Sign-Up” button
• Please fill in your profile information. We must have your first and last name and it is very helpful if we have your congregation name and if you list your congregational role under Job title
• Under your interests, please leave SEPANews checked and also check the Monthly resources list item. In addition, please check your conference and any additional areas of interest.
